For a midsized crowd, you can get the Westminster suite. For long tables and

For larger crowds there are auditoriums you can book the Churchil Auditorium. Alternatively you can book larger rooms like the Fleming's room where you can arrange for tables so that your delegates can break up into groups and break up into team discussions.
